Increase Diversity in Entrepreneurship, Combat Discrimination and Racial Inequity. Focus areas include community, education, real estate, and health & well-being.

Enhance postsecondary success and career Preparation for disadvantaged students desiring to become entrepreneurs. Development of customer service skills.
Be3 Beyond IQ & EQ
Introduce the practice of mindful meditation & creative intelligence for children 3 through age 9 in underserved populations and minorities.
Be The "One" Foundation
Funding is intended for established organizations as well as smaller start-up organizations. The foundation is also intended to directly support organizations and projects that are in developmental stages.
